“I provide experiences for people stretching beyond their edges and cultivating inner wisdom.”
My Life’s Work
I empower individuals’ awakening into their highest potential and possibility. You and I combine your inner wisdom with transformative modalities (such as brainspotting) and maximize both your growth and the return on your time investment.
Solution-Oriented Practices
My solution-oriented practices are creative, innovative, and lasting. I coach. I empower. I guide. My model is based in cultural understanding that healing individuals heals communities and community healing heals individuals. It is human nature to thrive when nurtured. We all have permission to collaborate without competition. Simple. Effective. Transforming.
All Marginalized Populations
In my commitment to decrease erasure pain, alleviate suffering, and accelerate healing for marginalized populations, I was selected as one of twelve professionals to participate in the 2024-2025 Southeast Brainspotting Institute Diversity Fellowship Program. I am delighted to belong to a diverse community of like-minded healers, helpers, and learners. Thank you to the Southeast Brainspotting Institute for the 12-month intensive training and specialized learning.
College, Graduate School & Beyond
I earned my writing degree from Emerson College in 1997 and an education master's degree from Vanderbilt University in 2001. After years of teaching middle and high school, I transitioned to working with clients & families in the inpatient treatment setting. In 2013, I founded and established the first Nashville area Alumni program for clients and families at The Ranch TN. This program was so successful that all the Nashville area treatment centers opened alumni programs and modeled those programs after the one I launched.
